Step #2: Sign Up For our Membership
You didn’t get sick overnight, and it will take time to correct all the imbalances in your body. Our memberships enable you to get the best results and the best price on our services and supplements so you can achieve your goals.
Step #3: Get A Health Evaluation
During your health evaluation (virtual or in-person), we take a careful health history, listening to all aspects of your story, in order to identify the root causes of your health challenges. After performing our evaluation, you will get a customized protocol using food, supplements, and a step-by-step plan to follow.
Step #4: Meet With A Coach
You are assigned a coach who helps you implement dietary changes and manage emotional stress. Because the body and mind are so interconnected, addressing both will set you up for success in achieving lasting results.
Step #5: Continuing Your Journey
You will have a follow-up appointments to review your progress. Further refining of your protocol is done at this point to continue you on the road to better health. You also continue to meet with your coach for weekly or monthly sessions, depending on your membership level.
