Pure Vitality was not my idea. It happened after God showed up in 2006 when I was at my worst in the depths of chronic illness.

My husband, Jason and I had just finished building my own log home, planting an organic garden, and getting goats and chickens.

Shortly after, I gave birth to my daughter who was a healthy and happy, but I developed severe insomnia, thyroid problems, and extreme fatigue. This marked the beginning of my journey down a long, dark road of chronic disease that I almost did not recover from.

While my baby was sleeping through the night, I was going weeks with barely any sleep. Eating organic, taking supplements, and going gluten free was just not enough to turn my health around.

I developed more and more food sensitivities and even became sensitive to chemicals and EMF’s, until survival mode became my new normal.

I saw dozens of practitioners, but no one could figure out the root cause of my symptoms. After several years, I was nearly bedridden with chronic pain, adrenal exhaustion, and full blown multiple chemical sensitivity. We had exhausted all of our resources trying everything out there, and there was nothing left, but to surrender to God.

I had prayed many times for answers, but fear kept causing me to take matters into my own hands, instead of trusting God to provide an answer. But one day, I could not do it anymore. I hit rock bottom and I surrendered everything to God and stopped trying to fix it on my own.

Three days after that prayer, I crossed paths with a holistic practitioner that God brought into my life. She discovered the root causes of my symptoms that everyone else had been missing.

I went through her 30-day sauna detox program at her clinic to turn my health around.

One week into this program, I remember sitting in her sauna when God gave me a vision of me helping others regain their health, just like this practitioner was doing for me. A spark was ignited inside of me and I knew that becoming a holistic health practitioner was God‘s plan for my life even though I was still not well yet.

Over the next year, I finally got my life back. Not only was my body healthier, but the anxiety and depression is also gone!

I could finally get off the sidelines, so that’s when I decided to follow the dream that God placed in my heart to become a holistic health practitioner. So, I apprenticed with this practitioner who got me well while getting certified in holistic health.

I stepped out and started pure vitality because of the passion in my heart to help others regain their health and vitality just like God had done for me.
