This recipe is a great way to get some nutrient-dense foods into your children. I added Elderberry juice concentrate for it’s numerous health benefits, such as inhibiting viruses and for keeping the immune system strong.

  • 6 ounces frozen mixed blackberries, blueberries, and strawberries
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 12 drops stevia extract
  • 1 Tbsp. coconut butter (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp. elderberry juice concentrate
  • 1/4-1/3 cup water or almond milk
  • a big pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 peach, cut into very small cubes

Blend everything except the peach in a high speed blender until completely smooth. Stir in the peach cubes and pour into popsicle molds. Freeze.
